- Nikko is a chestnut appendix quarter horse about 16 hh. He is around 13-14 years old. He loves to jump and he knows what he is doing. I got him from a sale barn down the road from my barn I ride at. I've had him for about 5 months going on to 6 months and he's become my best friend.

so far....
One thing that has happened was that my horse got lame in his front right..big bummer..but that always happens when he's due for shoes..because this is the 2nd time that it's happened but it also could have happened when i tried to get him to get the right lead canter at a turn..as i have been told..but i don't know..and then that same week i wasn't riding him he started colicking..he had a impaction..luckily my trainer caught it for me while i wasn't there. it was pretty bad..he was stretching… Continue
